All accepted new talent make sure you have completed your Actors Access site and 800Casting profile including all of your information. Have your headshot and resume email to me labeled correctly: first name.last name_HS_STW.jpg for photo and first name.last name_resume_STW.pdf for resume. All contracts and forms must be on file before you can be submitted for any job through STW Talent. Talent Agreement, W-9, Check authorization form, payment agreement and information card are the important papers to be signed and turned in. Make sure you have done that.

Anyone seeking representation should email a current headshot and resume and an appointment will be made if you fit the criteria for representation. A minimum of three speaking roles in film is suggested before you are ready for an agent. You can obtain those credits in local student films or Independent films. Classes in film acting and audition technique is highly recommended as well. Knowing the business of Acting is important. Read and research information so that you understand what you are getting yourself in to. Beware of scams by agents that charge money to be on the talent roster or require you to use their photographer only and require you to sign up for classes that their agency promotes. Just always use your gut instinct on something being real or too good to be true. This is a business and not everyone is honest.

If you are a client looking for talent, we will assist you in every way that we can to find exactly what you need, in a professional, friendly and timely manner. We represent babies through seniors of all ethnicities. Our talent database is completely searchable and we can provide personalized electronic submissions broken down by role or hard copy submissions if necessary. We have facilities at the agency to audition and tape talent for you if necessary and also can bring in a casting director to facilitate things if you need a more extensive audition. If you need to book a job that does not pay, or pays very little, we can email the particulars to our talent and you will receive replies from people who would like the experience.
